Recently, lots enterprises and business groups as well as
personal computer users participate in the appliance of
electronic commerce on Internet and, consequently, accelerates
the development of Internet. Due to the outstanding opportunity
the Internet business will have in the coming year, our country,
Taiwan, is aggressively putting tremendous potency and
capability to the National Information Infrastructure (NII).
Under the proceeding of NII''s plan, the most important strategy
should be indicated as: the expanding of the Internet business
and electronic payment. At present, there are three kind of
payment systems on Internet. The system based on credit card is
more popular. Certainly, the system based on electronic check
and digital cash will be also popularized in our modern society
as well and can be defined as tomorrow star. The thesis applies
an improved digital cash model for achieving the function of
anonymous restore and restricted audit under suitable anonymity.
The technology of the digital cash can be applied to many ways,
such as, the anonymous electronic voting system, the anonymous
banking products, and so on.
