Information technology has rapidly developed in these several years, the traditional operation models and concepts have been changed. Therefore, the organization has make use of the information technology to increase the operation performance and efficiency, for instance, paper-explosion, stock cost, manufacturing of production, service and maintenance, rapid feed back etc. So that Information Technology will lead the organization toward digitized, standardized and generalized environment trend. All the weapon systems for the second generation of National Defense were purchased from other countries. the maintenance of weapon system has became more importance than before. Can the weapon system keeping performance standarization, lower storage cost, effective updated technical manuals? It will become critical factors for success. The Continuous Acquisition and Life-cycle Support (CALS) is an useful strategy to solve out these problems. The CALS strategy plays an importance role to build an integration of information technology environment, the original organization operation style will be forced by significant impact and challenge, and induces new evolution for the organization. These changes will be effectively completed by means of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) methodology. During the interact of BPR for an organization, it has to apply a model to describe the whole processes, in order to make the BPR successful. The aim of this thesis uses modeling of IDEF process method to build an environment by which the reengineering group can easily communicate and understand the operation model environment. The thesis also brings up an adaptive process reengineering model with improving algorithm and assessment models, in order to evaluate the capability of the puropse BPR model Sing-Ho company''s supply chain process, to evaluate the result of implementation under the strategy of CALS. Once the BPR is completed, information related to organization operation is extracted and collected also resource for the database. An integrated procedural framwork is the programmed to be the criteria for verifying the implementation of CALS strategy.
