本研究最主要的目的在探討「課前靜坐法」對學童學習適應與學業成績的影響。研究對象取自台中縣一所國小四年級兩班共86名兒童,以隨機分派的方式,一班為實驗組,一班為控制組。實驗組兒童在每節上課鐘響後實施「課前靜坐」三分鐘,整個實驗期間為二個半月。
本研究係採不等組前後測設計,研究工具為「國小學生學習適應量表」,所得資料分別以前測分數為共變量,後測分數為依變量,進行單因子共變數分析,得到下列結論:
一、 經「課前靜坐」後,實驗組與控制組學童在學習適應上之分數並
無顯著差異。
二、 經「課前靜坐」後,實驗組與控制組學童在國語科成績有顯著差
異,在數學科成績則無顯著差異。
最後,根據以上的研究結果提出建議,以供教學應用及未來研究上的
參考。
The main purpose of this study was to explore the effects of "meditation before class" on academic adjustment and achievement of elementary school students.
The subjects were 86 fourth graders in two classes from an
elementary school in Taichung city. The two classes were
randomly assigned to experimental group and control group.
Experimental group meditated for three minutes after bell ring in the beginning of the classes. At the same time, the control group was not intervened by meditation. The experimental intervention of this study was conducted over a time span of ten weeks.
Nonequivalent-control group design was conducted for this
study. The subjects were administered by the Elementary Student
Academic Adjustment Questionnaire. The results were analyzed
via one way ANCOVA, and the following results were found:
1. Both experiment group and control group showed no
significant differences on academic adjustment after
meditation.
2. The experiment group differed significantly from the
control group on the achievement of Chinese course.
At the end of this paper, suggestions about the applications of these findings and recommendations about further research in this field were offered.
