The purpose of the study was 1) to investigate teachers'''' participant extent of decision-making in schools'''' administration the Taipei City Association of Elementary School Teachers, 2) to know the teacher''''s satisfactory extent of the Taipei City Association of Elementary School Teachers in participation of administration decision, 3) to search for the correlation of participant extent and satisfactory extent, 4) to probe the factors which influence the participation, and 5) to suggest rational approach whichhe Association of Elementary School Teachers participate decision making in school''''s administration.Making use of the questionnaire survey, the researcher investigated 556 teachers of the elementary schools which had Association of Elementary School Teachers in Taipei city. The data were analyzed in t-test, one-way ANOVA and correlations.Results of this study were summarized as follows: (1) The participant extent was low. (2) The satisfactory extent was higher. (3) The correlation of participant extent and tisfactory extent were significant. (4) Teachers from 24-45-class-school have higher participant extent and satisfactory extent. (5) The directors of a division in schools have higher participant extent and satisfactory extent. Lastly, the researcher concluded by making some suggestions for the educational authorities concerned, the elementary administrative authorities, the Association of Elementary School Teachers, and further studies.
