由於臺灣最近這幾年來高度都市化的結果,且政府有意將臺灣建設成亞
太營運中心,因此高速鐵路以BOT形式正興建之,可預期地,將帶給臺灣
人民交通上莫大的方便,並對臺灣所有產業產生深遠之影響。高速鐵路之
所以便捷正因為其速度快,然而也相對地帶來擾人的噪音,許多擁有高速
鐵路的國家,在處理高速鐵路噪音問題都投入極大的成本與人力,因此本
論文即針對臺灣高速鐵路完工通車後之噪音問題進行研究,並用
SOUNDPLAN來預估高速鐵路噪音及其隔音牆之插入損失量,並與高速鐵路
噪音實測值、繞射理論值以及SAS迴歸分析進行比較,配合隔音牆角度變
化之實驗,冀望用最節省人力及物力之方式求得高速鐵路噪音量,以利今
後高速鐵路噪音處理之參考。
Recently, many bigger cities in Taiwan are much more highly
developing and also our government will hopefully build Taiwan
to be a center of management and trans-portation in Asia-Pacific
area. Therefore due to the fact as described, the high speed
railway in Taiwan will be constructed with BOT style in recent
years. To be expectedly, it will brings human peoples in Taiwan
trafic most convenience and also will creates deep influence on
both indusrial and commercial business in Taiwan. Because very
high speed of HSR, it becomes very conveninet.Contrarily it will
also bring human more noisy environment. Many countries having
HSR had spent a lot of peoples and finance to protect the noise
produced by High Speed Railway among them.This thesis is to
study the noise produced by the High Speed Railway in operation
after. its being constructed in Taiwan. Also using SOUNDPLAN,
this thesis is to predict both the noise generated by the high
speed railway in Taiwan and the insertion loss provided by the
acoustic barrier adopted.In addition, the result of the above
insertion loss is also to compare with that obtained from the
actual measurement, the calculations by using both diffraction
theory and SAS regression model . Finally, this study is very
hopefully to greatly reduce the high speed railway noise
economically when we use the result as obtained to match with
that obtained from the insertion loss experiment of the sound
barrier with varying the angle of its upper panel.
