「市」場--隨著時空的轉變,從一種單純買賣生活必需品的交易行為,到現在,人對它卻有多元化的需求。多元化的消費需求包含多種有形商品與無形的事物交流,這些交流蘊藏在各種人與人、人與環境、人與商品、人與自己、人與文化關係之中。而這些大部份似乎原因就存在於傳統市場中。市「場」--在資本主義導向的都市中商業環境下,成本效率及商業環境下,成本效率及商業機能與人互相競爭使用都市中的商業空間。而街廓內部通常是商業活動人潮較難到達的地方,若未經過適當的規劃設計,則很容易淪為都市中的失落空間,與街廓外絡繹的人潮形成強烈的對比。在人性化的活動空間幾乎被商業機能吞噬的都市環境中,街廓內部的市有市場用地,將是一個能以人的需求為主要考量的商業空間,而不應輕易的被棄置濫用。「市場」--本論文將以改善傳統市場的研究分析為主軸,探討傳統市的未來發展方向;再分析東門市場所在的基地環境,以設計規劃一個能與人、時、地自然結合的新型態市場空間。
Market as a traditional field--With the changing of space and time, the activties of exchange have evolved from the simple dealings of necessities of life to the complicated things containing many kinds of needs form people at present. The omnifarious needs of consumption include various activities of intercourse and exchange among visible merchasdise as well as invisible things. These activities hide in all sorts of relations between people and people, people and environment, people and merchandise, people and themselves, as well as people and culture. However, it seems that most of these phenomena have existed in the traditional market. Market as a urban island--In the capitalistic urban commercial environment, the commercial space are always snatched by people and commercial benefits and functions. However, the inside of the urban blocks are usually the places that commercial streams hardly arrive in. If not properly designed, the blocks easily become lost spaces in urban and form a striking contrast to the numerous busy stream outside the blocks. In the urban environment that the humanistic space is almost devoured by commercial space not deserted or abuses regardlessly but considered with the requirements of people. Market as a field--The majer idea of this treatise is how to meliorate the traditional market, research into the possible development in the future.
