近年來電腦與通訊技術的突飛猛進,全球網際網路(WWW)的風行,縮
短了人們時空的距離,一種新的工作型態『通訊上班(Telecommuting)』
遂隨之興起,成為一種新的工作潮流。國外有越來越多的企業採行通訊上
班(尤其是資訊相關人員),國內則尚在萌芽階段,因此,國內企業的資訊
部門主管對通訊上班的態度如何、資訊部門員工對此一潮流的接受程度,
以及影響主管態度與員工意願的因素,都是值得探討的有趣課題。 本
研究首先利用國內外文獻之收集與分析,發現環境因素、通訊上班優缺點
之預期、基本資料、工作及通勤資料會影響個體通訊上班的選擇,因此建
構了一個通訊上班之研究架構,利用此一研究架構為基礎,設計了員工問
卷和主管問卷,試圖從員工和主管兩方面探討通訊上班的實施意願,發現
員工比主管意願來得高,有78.4%的員工願意選擇通訊上班,有47.2%的主
管願意允許員工通訊上班,兩方面對通訊上班的實施皆抱持樂觀的態度。
另外,本研究還利用二元羅吉特模式(Binary Logit Model)分別構建員工
需求模式和主管決策模式,來進行兩方面的意向預測,瞭解影響通訊上班
選擇的因素,其中員工需求模式的解釋能力 為0.52,主管決策模式其解
釋能力 為0.37,解釋能力還不錯,可作為國內資訊人員實施通訊上班的
參考。
Computer and communication techniques are developing rapidly
recently. The popularity of World Wide Web(WWW) has shorten the
distance among people all over the world, and developed a new
style of work what "telecommuting". More and more industries
have been using telecommuting as its company strategy in other
countries, particularly with the information relative department
; while in Taiwan, this system is still immature. However, the
attitude and acceptance of information managers and employees
toward telecommuting in domestic industries can be a very
interesting topic. A research framework was first constructed
by analyzing the foreign and local journal articles. We found
that environment, the expect of telecommuting, demographic,
working and commuting data will affect the choice of the
individual toward telecommuting. Based on this framework,
employee and employer''s questionaires were designed for attempt
to discuss the possibility of telecommuting from employers and
employees'' perspective. We found that there are 78.4% employee
would like to telecommuting and 47.2% employer would alow
employee to telecommuting. This research also built up two
different models, the employer''s demand model and the employees''
decision model, by using the "Binary Logit Model". These models
are to predict the attitudes of both sides and to explore the
factors which influence the choice of telecommuting . The
explain power of the demand model of the employee is 0.52 .
The explain power of the decision model of the employer is
0.37. The explain power of these models is good. This research
could provide a guideline for our domestic information workers
in telecommuting.
