During the Centrally planning period, Mainland Chinese state-owned enterprises(SOE''S) were responsible for the most of manufacturing and distributing activities.As a consequence, they possessed huge capital, technological, human and distributing resources. Due to the SOE''s mismanagement, the problems of managerial inefficiency and huge financial losses are emerged In order to solve the long term problems within 3 years, Mainland government determine to introduce various reform programs, such as bankruptcy, "Join Stock", etc. Market opportunities and resources, once monopolied by SOE''s, will be released and possible for the foreign investment in the reform programs. The main objective of this thesis is to explore the impact on the management strategy for the Taiwanese enterprises to cooperate with mainland state-owned enterprises. The research conclude as the follows:1. To acquire the manufacturing resources released from mainland state-owned enterprises can help Taiwan enterprises to build up the advantage on manufacturing ability.2. To acquire the marketing resources released from mainland state-owned enterprisescan help Taiwanese enterprises to build up the advantage on marketing ability.3. To acquire the management skills and influential "Guanxi"(interpersonal relationship)released from mainland state-owned enterprises can help Taiwan enterprises to build up the the advantage on human resource ability.4. To acquire the financial resources relea sed from mainland state-owned enterprisescan help Taiwan enterprises to build up the advantage on financial ability.
