本研究從工作特性、技能使用程度、工作輪調、組織承諾、獎酬公平、個人屬性等各構面加以分析歸納,目的在於研究影響高科技員工對職能彈性化態度的變項之關聯性。

本研究根據新竹科學園區同業工會編印之名錄分類,針對各廠商及工業技術研究院之工程設計部門、製造部門、物料管理部門等之一般員工以便利抽樣方式進行問卷調查,問卷以不記名方式共發放300份,可供研究之有效問卷共224份,問卷結果以基本統計量、變異數分析、因數分析、F檢定及多元迴歸分析等統計分析方法研究發現﹔

就高科技產業的員工而言,要從個人特性、對組織的認知或工作設計等變數來預測較大範圍的職能彈性化的態度,是不太可能的。在13個預測變數(工作自主性、工作完整性、技能變化性、工作重要性、工作回饋性、技能使用程度、工作輪調、組織承諾、獎酬公平、年齡、教育程度、任職年資、性別)中,只有年齡一項具有統計的顯著性。
