臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

本研究旨在瞭解安養機構老人之生活狀況與生活適應情形。本研究以台灣省已立案之公私立安養機構為研究母群體，先隨機抽出21個安養機構，再派訪員前往各個機構逐一對受訪老人進行問卷訪問。樣本人數共計500人。研究者根據受訪老人在「個人基本資料」、「日常生活及休閒」、「生活適應」的填答情形，進行統計分析，得到下列結果：一、受訪老人之生活費用來自子女的比例偏低。二、多數受訪老人的睡眠情形良好。三、受訪老人的休閒活動偏向靜態、居家為主的活動。四、受訪老人少有家人、子女探望。五、男性受訪老人有較多院外的朋友。六、受訪老人的生活圈侷限在機構內。七、部份受訪老人有人際疏離的傾向。八、部份受訪老人覺得工作人員對他們沒有幫助。九、受訪老人覺得身體健康最為重要。十、與家人互動較為頻繁之受訪老人，容易覺得自己是別人的負擔。十一、不識字之受訪老人其環境適應情形較差。十二、住進機構未滿五年之受訪老人其情緒適應情形較差。十三、女性、公費、無宗教信仰、不識字、住進機構未滿五年、住進機構前與家人同住之受訪老人其自我適應 情形較差。十四、公費、不識字之受訪老人其社會適應情形較差。

The purpose of this study was to explore the daily life and adjustment of nursing home residents. The participants in the study were 500 nursing home residents living in 21 nursing home in Taiwan. Visitors were sent to every nursing home and helped the participants to finish the qutionnaires. The results of the study were as following:1.Their adult children supported few of the participants'''''''' living expenses.2.Most participants did not complain about disturbance on sleeping.3.Recreations such as watching TV, chatting and taking a walk were the participants'''''''' favorites.4.The participants'''''''' family seldom visited them.5.The male had more friends outside than the female.6.The participants'''''''' life-experiences were trapped in the nursing home.7.Some participants were social isolated and lonely.8.Some participants felt the staff was helpless.9.Health was most valuable to the participants.10.The participants involved with their family were easier to take themselves as burdensome.11.The participants, who were illitiracies, had poor environment-adjustment.12.The participants, who were living in nursing home less than 5 years, had poor emotion-adjustment.13.The participants, who were female, at public expense, atheists, illitiracies, living in nursing home less than 5 years and living with their family before, had poor self-adjustment.14.The participants, who were at public expense and illitiracies, had poor social-adjustment.
