本研究探討以微波輔助萃取法(Microwave-Assisted Extraction, MAE),萃取分析土壤中多環芳香烴碳氫化合物(polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, PAHs)之可行性。實驗中以開放式聚焦微波萃取設備,進行微波對土壤樣品萃取的影響效應;並以氣相層析質譜儀偵測PAHs,而加以定性及定量分析。
三種添加PAHs的土壤樣品,平衡1天及20天藉以探討本萃取方法。樣品的萃取條件為大氣壓之下,微波功率90瓦、萃取10分鐘於20mL之二氯甲烷、 環己烷/丙酮(v/v,1:1)、及正己烷/丙酮(v/v,1:1)。MAE所得的PAHs回收率再與索氏萃取方法的結果相比較。
實驗中分別探討溶劑種類、平衡天數、土壤種類、土壤含水率等,結果發覺溶劑種類的差異並不明顯,而不同土壤基質之間影響回收率因素各有不同。1天平衡天數與土壤中含水量較高的條件因素下將有利於回收率的提昇。
