摘 要
榕屬植物主要特徵為具有壺形的隱頭花序,此特化的隱頭花序俗稱為榕果。稜果榕榕果全年存在並且數量繁多,極為適合榕果發育的研究。本實驗利用肉眼觀察、光學顯微鏡、掃瞄式電子顯微鏡和石臘切片法研究稜果榕雄花、種子花、蟲癭花和中性花之發育過程,並比較雌雄株間及不同花之間的異同,另外探討蟲癭花是否其內部構造較利於榕小蜂產卵。
結果顯示:(1)蟲癭花的內部結構與種子花並無不同,但種子花之花柱長顯著大於蟲癭花之花柱長;(2)雌隱頭花序E期佔生長期最長時間,雄隱頭花序C期佔生長期最長時間;(3)B期雌雄隱頭花序有柄雌花之花柱長與柄長成中等負相關,柄長在一定程度上決定花柱的長度;(4)授粉蜂產卵的位置,位於子房裡靠近花柱側緊鄰珠心處;(5)其雄花的花藥內僅發現表皮層和營養層;(6)其蟲癭花與種子花的原基從起始,其形狀、大小類似,之後則循不同路徑發育;(7)中性花與雄花原基在二層花被片分化出來之前的分化情形類似;(8)某些雄花的花絲間有突起,可能為退化雌蕊。
Abstract
The prominent character of Ficus is urn-shaped syconium-''fig''. The fig of Ficus septica is all year around and numerous, so it is suitable for the developmental study. This study using eyes, optical microscope,
sanning electronic microscope, and paraffin section to understand (1) the development of male flower, seed flower, gall flower, and neuter flower; (2) similarity and differences between male and female tree and among differrent kinds of flowers; and (3) whether the internal structure of gall flower is a better place for depositing the pollinating wasp''s egg.
The results show: (1) the internal strcture of gall flower and seed flower is the same, but the style length of seed flower is significantly longer than that of gall flower; (2) E phase is the longest among all phases in female fig, but C phase is the longest in male fig; (3) in B phase, the correlation of style length and pedicel length is moderately negative, and the pedicel length in certain degree determines the style length; (4) the site of the pollinating-wasp-egg deposit is next to the nucellar epidermis near the style; (5) only epidermis and tapetum present in the anther of the male flower; (6) the primordia of gall and seed flowers are similar in shape and size in the beginning, then develop differently; (7) the primordia of neuter and male flowers are with similar development by two perianth layer initiaties; (8) the protrudence between filaments in some male flowers are probabaly abortive gynoecium.
