摘要
本文是針對目前國內造船廠常用 FRP 複合材料,在低溫下所做的力學性質進行探討。在實驗方面考慮的低溫溫度為-50oC和-100oC,測試的內容包含以下四種:(1)複合材料低溫之力學特性,包括拉伸、壓縮、彎曲和剪切試驗等四種,量測材料低溫之破壞強度和彈性係數。(2) 低溫之衝擊試驗,期以實驗的方式量得材料在低溫下每單位面積所吸收之總能量。(3)螺栓接合積層板之低溫破壞強度,積層板之螺孔包括環孔和鑽孔兩種,期以實驗的方式量得材料R800之低溫接和強度。(4)開孔積層板之低溫破壞強度,試片之開孔徑分別為5、10、14.2、19 mm,開孔方式亦分為環孔和鑽孔兩種,期以實驗的方式量得開孔積層板之破壞強度。並將以上之實驗資料,提供國內造船廠設計時之參考。

ABSTRACT
In this paper, the object is to study the mechanical properties of FRP composite material, which is utilized widespread in the domestic shipyards nowadays. Controlled in the two low temperatures, -50oC and -100oC, the following four kinds of tests are included: 1) the tests of the mechanics properties of composite materials, for which the tensile, compressive, bending, and interlaminate shear tests are designed to measure the destructive stress and flexibility modulus of composite material, 2) the tests to study the state of the composite material under the impact, in which the measurement of the energy absorbed by pre square unit of composite material in the low temperatures is expected, 3) the tests to study the destruction of Bolted Joint In Composite Laminates, in which the the laminates with Moulded-in and Notched holes are adopted, and the bearing strength of the material R800 in the low temperatures is measured, 4) the tests to study the destruction of Notched Laminates, in which the diameters of the holes, including Moulded-in and Notched ones, are 5,10,14.2 and 19 mm individually; in which the destructive stress of Notched Laminates will be measured. The results of the experiments in this dissertation will afford the domestic shipyards a reference.
