History follows some maybe implicit, but unchanged rules as it goes. The endless creation and gradual maturation of Internet technology cultivate the rapid growth of Electronic Commerce in these years. We admit that it opens a new market scope and a new transaction environment. Ambitious persons are eagerly trying new business models to see how to do business on the network for new fortune. But there should be still some connections between those economic activities, behavior aspects in the past and in the future. From traditional transaction behavior and behavior in the current network environment, this research is intended to study the possible evolution of transaction behavior in the future network environment. It also will be valuable to provide a few basic principles for those who are thinking to build new business models in the new market. Following the primitive indication of focus group discussion and literature study, we use questionnaire survey on Internet to induce some factors, which effect traditional transaction behavior and network transaction behavior. Based on those experiment results and further statistical analysis, the co-factors of traditional transaction behavior and network transaction behavior are clearly identified. There co-factors are purchase plan, information search, payment mechanism, associate behavior, post-purchase services, social need, brand & goodwill, personalized services, and digital products. This research concludes that no matter what the information and network technology will be, these factors will still effect the transaction behavior in the near future.
