本文旨在探討一無轉軸角度偵測元件之切換式磁阻馬達驅動系統的研製。文中,首先介紹切換式磁阻馬達之結構,原理,及數學模式。其次,說明具轉軸角度偵測及無轉軸角度偵測的驅動方法。接著,針對無轉軸角度偵測提出兩種方法,方法一於低速時,經由偵測未激磁相之感應電壓進行轉軸角度估測,高速時則利用激磁相之感應電壓斜率,作為轉軸角度估測的依據;方法二則先行改善啟動追逐現象,降低過大的啟動轉矩,再藉由偵測激磁相之感應電壓及激磁電流,然後透過磁化曲線的相關資料,以查表法有效地進行轉軸角度的估測,上述兩種方法皆完成閉迴路控速。電腦模擬及實測結果相當吻合。

This thesis studies the implementation of a switched reluctance drive system without a rotor position sensor. First, the structure, basic principle, and mathematical model of the switched reluctance motor are discussed. Then, the position-feeback and sensorless drive systems are studied. Next, two sensorless techniques are proposed in the thesis. Method 1 estimates the rotor position of the motor by detecting the induced voltage waveform of an unexcited winding at low speed, and detecting the slope of the induced voltage at high speed. On the other hand, method 2 improves the hunting phenomenon at starting and then estimates the rotor position by using the look-up table method from the data of the magnetic flux curves. These two methods are verified by desinging a closed-loop sensorless drive system. The experimental results can validate the stimulated waveforms.
