鋼筋工程作業費用是鋼筋混凝土結構成本的重要項目之一。本研究根據波特教授提出的競爭優勢理論,透過成本項目分析,歸納出鋼筋作業的成本驅動因子及差異性驅動因子,並結合JIT的生產觀念,最後以一個個案的規劃為例說明執行手法。

The rebar construction expenditure is one of the important items for the reinforced concrete structure. According to the competitive forces model developed by Michael E. Porter, this thesis organizes the forces driving cost and differentiation within the rebar construction and combines with the philosophy of the Just-in-Time manufacturing systems. Finally, the research tries to plan a project as the example for practicing the theory.
