  國內營建自動化之觀念與技術近年來快速地推展,重複性工程之單元化觀念也隨之漸受重視。本研究依據重複性工程單元化之特性,以多階段遞迴之方法,建構排程規劃解析模式。本研究所建構之模式可以考慮重複性工程各作業之施工速率為時間的函數、相鄰作業間具有間隔時間上限及間隔時間成本。經由模式之分析,可以得到重複性工程各作業之最佳勞務資源投入量、加班趕工決策及施工時程。對各別作業而言,模式分析得排程規劃雖然不一定能獲致作業之最低成本,但其整體總成本則是最小化。最後,本研究以高層鋼骨建築為例,探討本研究所建構模式之實務應用可行性,並作為重複性工程進行排程規劃最佳化之參考。
The unitization of repetitive projects is getting important in the construction industry because of the development of construction automation. Based on the unitization, a new scheduling model is built with a multistage recursive algorithm. In this model, the production rate of activity represented as a time variable, the upper limit of the interval time, and the cost for controlling the interval time between the neighbor activities are considered. Through the use of the model, the optimization of the labor inputs, overtime decisions and construction time of each activity in a repetitive project are calculated and then the minimum total cost of the project can be obtained. A high-rise steel building project is used as an example to demostrate the feasibility of the presented model.
