本篇論文為分析使用串並列轉換結合方向性天線之MC CDMA系統在Nakagami多路徑衰減通道之上鏈路性能。在本文中傳輸路徑損失設定為4,考慮天線方向性(diversity)、通話活動監控並討論相位估測誤差對通訊性能的影響。調變技術則是考慮非同步直接序列的展頻方式下使用BPSK的調變技術。內容包含MC CDMA使用串並列轉換及方向性天線並結合RAKE接收機架構做分集接收,分別分析最大比結合、均等增益結合、選擇分集的性能。分析結果顯示使用串並列轉換確實可以改善系統性能;載波數目愈多,性能改善的愈多,但是隨著載波數目的增多改善程度越來越不明顯。MC CDMA系統比傳統CDMA接收機的性能要好。不同通道遮蔽因子可以看到不同的性能表現。方向性天線應用於使用串並列轉換的MC CDMA系統,能更進一步的改善系統性能。三種分集方式以最大比結合的效果最好;接收機的平均迴路訊雜比愈大時錯誤率愈低。

In this thesis, an effect of Nakagami fading on the performance of multicarrier direct sequence code division multiple access (MC CDMA) using serial to parallel and directional antenna is analyzed. A fourth order propagation path loss is assumed. The impacts of imperfect receiver phase estimates, voice activity and diversity are investigate. A wide-sense stationary uncorrelated scattering (WSSUS) channel model and the coherent BPSK with asynchronous direct-sequence (DS) spreading are assumed in this thesis. The average error probability of reverse link of MC CDMA with serial to parallel and directional antenna over Nakagami fading channel are derived. The maximal ratio combining (MRC), equal-gain combining (EGC) and selective diversity combining (SC) techniques are applied for the MC CDMA system with serial to parallel and directional antenna to improve the performance of system over fading channel. The numerical results show that the performance of MC CDMA are degraded with the number of simultaneous users. The performance of MC CDMA can be improved by using serial to parallel technique. The performance of MC CDMA system is better than traditional CDMA system. The MC CDMA systems operated in the channel with different shadow fading parameters can shows different performance. The performance of maximal ratio combining is better than those of EGC and SC. The BER is degraded with an increase of the average loop SNR.
