本研究旨探討在出監前犯行青少年生涯轉換中之生涯關注與自我關注。
本研究採取質的研究法，對北不兩所青少年監禁機構中之即將出監的青少年十二名進行生涯價值觀問卷、深度訪談與生涯選擇方格，記得有效樣本九名。生涯價值觀問卷與生涯選擇方格資料採取現象學內容分析與立基理論分析步驟進行分析。
研究結果顯示：
1. 犯行青少年之生涯價值觀著重於安全感、成就感、獨立性以及人際關係。
2. 犯行青少年所嚮往之理想生涯型態係能夠具有一定之技能，以便由安定中求發展，達成個人之最終獨立自主的目標。
3. 犯行青少年在此生涯轉換歷程中之生涯關注趨於實際，已設定之生涯目標具有清晰之自我成長/學習®向上發展®他人肯定發展階段性。
4. 犯行青少年在此生涯轉換期對未來充滿對自我之期許，但卻為他人對自己的態度感到擔憂。
5. 整體而言，犯行青少年在生涯上所需之助力包含他人支持與個案自我之努力不懈。而生涯上所面對的困難包含他人的鄙視與懷疑、前科問題、以及起步太晚。
6. 犯行青少年之自我概念傾於正向，並且係以朋友間社會互動所需之特質加以概念化而形成。意即犯行青少年乃透過同儕團體之視角來觀看自己。
7. 「他人」是影響犯行青少年自我概念的重要因素。
8. 犯行青少年之自我關注強烈的影響著其對自己之生涯的態度與看法。意即犯行青少年之生涯關注係奠基於自我關注之上。
本研究依照以上結果，加以討論，並提出未來研究上與實務上建議。
