企業競爭要點與成功因素是不斷的隨著時間在演變,從以前的大量生產、降低成本到現代的追求品質、講求速度;而從這些要點與因素之中,本研究旨在掌握「品質」此項要點,建立一品質資訊系統。
本研究探討於工廠場區(shop floor)中建立一品質資訊系統(Quality Information System, QIS),並以台達公司為研究對象,將品質資訊系統應用在其Rack-Power生產線上。
在建立品質資訊系統的流程中有兩個步驟:首先以IDEF0建構系統之模式,之後利用此模式設計系統開發軟體的畫面。在建構模式中,由IDEF0圖形化、結構化的表示方法展現了系統的功能、資訊流以及功能模組之間資訊的傳遞;在系統畫面設計中,透過一連串的轉換方法步驟,將IDEF0模式轉換成工廠中現場人員與管理人員所需的系統畫面。
總而言之,本研究以業界實際的生產線為應用對象,探討從系統模式的建構到系統畫面的設計;最後舉一範例並使用VB程式語言來展現系統畫面。
The competitive essentials and successful factors of a business are changed as time goes by, for example, from formerly "mass production", "reduce cost", until today''s "seek quality", and "pursue speed". This research purports to master the "Quality" factor to develop a quality information system.
We discusses the development of a Quality Information System (QIS) on the shop floor, and selects Delta Company for research object, then we apply QIS on its Rack-Power flow line.
There are two steps in the procedure of the development of QIS. We first use IDEF0 to model QIS, and then employ this model to design the pictures of system software. In the modeling step, IDEF0 can present system''s functions, information flows and the relationships between functions. In the pictures design step, the IDEF0 model will be transformed into system pictures, which are required by the shop floor employees and managers in the factory.
In conclusion, this research selects practical flow line in industry for application object in order to discuss system modeling and pictures design. Finally, we give an example and Visual Basic programming language to present system pictures.
