摘 要
本論文主要研究失敗時間數據在參數、半參數模型下之假設檢定問題。首先我們探討指數分配、韋伯分配以及珈瑪分配等重要參數模型的存活函數與風險函數，其次利用廣義概似比例檢定、Scores 檢定及Wald檢定等三個檢定。以及利用信賴區間去做具有右設限存活時間資料之獨立兩指數分配之參數推論。再者，也使用指數迴歸模型去做兩個獨立指數分配之參數推論。再其次，我們探討在風險成比模型之假設下，偏概度與全概度之間的關係、未設限假設下偏概度之推導以及兩個或多個相似分配之存活函數之比較，最後利用最大概似原則去找基線存活函數之估計量。
