本研究目的為瞭解先生陪伴生產之準媽媽的生活經驗，以現象學方式進行。於台北市某教學醫院，共取十位有先生全程參與自然生產的準媽媽為研究對象，於產後第一天住院期間與個案進行面對面深入訪談。研究工具為基本資料問卷一份、導引個案描述其經歷的半結構開放式訪談指引，及記錄訪談全部過程的錄音機。將訪談內容轉為文本後，依Giorgi的現象學研究法進行資料分析，經個案敘述的經驗脈絡中，歸納出三個主要概念：壹、感受先生陪伴生產的效能；貳、情緒受先生陪伴生產的影響；參、感受先生陪伴生產對家庭成員的影響。研究結果可提供護理人員深入瞭解先生陪伴生產之準媽媽的生活經驗，進而尊重婦女有選擇先生陪伴生產、家庭共享生產經驗的權利，加強「準爸爸陪產制度」的推廣、待產時提供先生陪伴生產的護理指導與措施，使婦女的生產經驗、家庭成員間的影響更趨於正向。

A phenomenological study was conducted to explore the lived experience of expectant mothers with husband accompanying in labor ward. Subjects (n=10) were recruited from one hospital of Taipei. Data were collected by the Demographic data question、the open-ended interview guide and a tape recorded. The Giorgi's phenomenological method was used to analyze the data. Three themes were identified according to the data analysis. They are as follows: (1) The function of husband accompanying in labor ward；(2) The emotion affected with husband accompanying in labor ward；(3) The family relation affected with husband accompanying in labor ward. The results of this study can provide nurses to understand that expectant mothers have pretensions to the selection of "husband accompanying in labor ward" and to popularize the idea of "husband accompanying in labor ward". As a result, to make more husbands to accompany their wives in labor ward. In this way, women's delivery experience and family relations would be positive.
