Abstract In recently, the gross national product is growing and the people''s leisure time are increasing. The demand of traveling is also more frequently. And the tourist industry is developing quickly. People may not quite understand that travel style or model he want. And while choosing the travel point, people often collect not enough information or arranging the tour may not suit for himself. The most important factors of tour decision making is the favor of travel points, the time of traveling, and the cost in the tour. By the establishing via internet, it is more quickly and widely. It can demonstrate by using graphic user interface to query and arrange in geography information system. To the concept of spatial, this research try to query and arrange travel points in rank. For different user, the system is according to the favor model to measure and then arrange the whole traveling route. Using gis technic establishes the analysis model. When the user inputs the personal backgroud and some limit factors, cost, time, area, system will match a suitable traveling route. And system support some extra information for user. This study will establish a world wide web decision making system with traveling routes decision making model on internet. The system combine the decision making system models and webgis technics and multimedia.
