論文名稱:呂宋黎薩及廣東茂名地區所產似曜岩類之地球化學

本研究分析了澳亞散布區廣東茂名地區、菲律賓呂宋黎薩(Rizal)地區(Philippinite)似曜岩類的主要元素、微量元素、稀土元素及同位素成份,以探討似曜岩類之母岩物質,並計算出母岩物質可能之混合模式,此外並分析了中歐捷克Bohemia地區(Moldavite)和利比亞撒哈拉沙漠東部地區之Libyan glass,以比較不同散布區之似曜岩類。似曜岩類之折射率隨SiO2含量的增大而減小,同一散布區似曜岩類之化學成份相近,而似曜岩類之母岩物質為控制似曜岩類化學成份的主要因素;根據似曜岩類之微量元素比值(Ba/Rb、Th/Sm、Sm/Sc、Th/Sc)和稀土元素經球粒隕石標準化後的分布圖顯示,呂宋黎薩及廣東茂名地區之似曜岩類的原始物質是源自於後太古代上部大陸地殼沈積岩。
根據Rb-Sr同位素資料(Blum,1992),澳亞散布區似曜岩原始物質的沈積年代應在170Ma(侏羅紀),在中歐散布區的似曜岩類(Moldavite)的母岩物質之沈積年代比澳亞散布區的來得晚。
本文推測似曜岩類之母岩物質源於後太古代上部大陸地殼沈積岩,利用後太古代沈積岩之化學成份,依不同比例混合計算出最適合呂宋及廣東茂名地區似曜岩類的比例如下,呂宋地區似曜岩類由:54%頁岩┼15%混濁砂岩┼31%石英岩;廣東茂名地區似曜岩類則由:40%頁岩┼30%混濁砂岩┼30%石英岩混合而成。
