論文名稱:有機錫物種對蚵螺與牡蠣性別影響之研究

摘要
本實驗之目的在於探討有機錫物種包括丁基錫【(BTs) :〔包含三丁基錫(tributyltin)(TBT)、二丁基錫(dibutyltin)(DBT)、單丁基錫(monobutyltin)(MBT) 〕;及酚基錫(PhTs): 〔包含三酚基錫(triphenyltin)(TPhT)、二酚基錫(diphenyltin)(DPhT)、單酚基錫(monophenyltin)(MPhT) 〕】對蚵螺(Thais clavigera)性變異(Imposex)及牡蠣(Crassostrea gigas)的雌雄同體(Hermaphroditic)之影響,於1999年8月11∼13日,11月3∼4日,及2000年1月17∼20日分別採集在台灣西部沿海地區的蚵螺及牡蠣先進行性別鑑定(包括雄性、雌性及性變異或雌雄同體),之後以Tropolone-benzene萃取生物體內有機錫,再利用氣相層析儀配合火燄光度偵測器來測量生物體內有機錫物種之含量,之後再量取蚵螺殼長及陰莖長。
分析結果發現香山、鹿港、七股蚵螺三個地方共1206隻蚵螺樣品,其雌性個數比例,在夏季依次為47.7%、32.7%及66.4%,而到冬季依次為1.4%、3.2%及43.7%;而性變異個數比例卻從夏季的36.9%、40.0%及16.4%到冬季其比例為98.6%、96.8%及52.1%;而在性變異個數比例較高的蚵螺身上也分析到較高的丁機錫濃度(主要為三丁基錫)。另外我們也發現在性變異蚵螺及雌雄同體牡蠣身上分析到較高於雌、雄性的丁基錫濃度(主要為三丁基錫)。
在1999年8月的七股地區挑出561隻蚵螺,依殼長為分類下每一種性別分為五類,從分析結果得到TBT與性變異蚵螺殼長之關係(r=0.9129,p<0.001)呈正相關而TPhT與雌、雄性蚵螺殼長之關係依次(r=-0.6522,p<0.01;r=-0.5374,p<0.05)。
在2000年1月的香山及鹿港地區依殼長與陰莖比(Pseudopenis/shell)分類,從分析結果得到在香山、鹿港其TBT與Pseudopenis/shell呈正相關(r=0.8581,p<0.005)及(r=0.8120,p<0.005)。
從1999年8月到2000年1月香山、鹿港地區所得分析結果看出,蚵螺及牡蠣兩者體內所含TBT之關係(r=0.9253,p<0.001) 、(r=0.9293,p<0.001)呈正相關;而DBT、BTs、PhTs也有相似的關係。
