Researchers had discussed previous studies on job stress, but the relationship between socialization and job stress remains unexplored. Therefore this study tried to test the relationship between socialization and job stress on hotels, travel agencies, and airlines. On the one hand, this study controlled two individual-level variables, job satisfaction and personal character, to purify the relationship between socialization and job stress. On the other hand, the study used the hotels, travel agencies, and airlines as moderators to test the conditional relationship between independent variable and dependent variable. The questionnaire method was used to measure variables. The research results were as below. 1. Socialization was negatively related to low skills be used, conflicting role, and blurred role. 2.Hotels, travel agencies, and airlines moderated the relationship between socialization and job stress. Fight attendants’ socialization level was the lowest and the resplendence of job stress wasthe highest.
