The purpose of present research is to establish the P.O.E model of conservatory exhibition, and supply useful reference for management. Case study mainly aims at the Tropical Rainforest Conservatory of the National Museum of Natural Science. The first step in this study is to combine P.O.E framework and methods of exhibition evaluation to establish a P.O.E model of conservatory exhibition. Then check executed performance of planing idea of conservatory exhibition from substantial and unsubstantial environment, and analyze the difference between conservatory environmental supply and users demand. In substantial environmental, P.O.E based mainly on technical and functional evaluation. In unsubstantial environmental evaluation, introduce satisfaction research framework, explore correlation between "exhibition-related satisfaction degree" and "total satisfaction degree", then investigate users'' attributes, use condition and environmental demand, and conclude questions between environmental supply and users'' demand. Suggestions for improvement are provide. Technical evaluation indicators use "banisters", "footpaths" and "interpretative facilities", the result shows the banisters get the highest score, the interpretative facilities get the lowest score. Funcational evaluation indicators use "use of interpretative facilities", "uses'' attitude after visit" and "exhibition-related satisfaction degree", the result shows "use of interpretative facilities" get the lowest score. Behavior evaluation indicator use the "total satisfaction degree", the result shows the score average between nomal grade and satisfactory grade. The investigate result of "exhibition-related satisfaction degree" shows "satisfaction degree of charge" gets the highest degree, "satisfaction degree of interpretative variety" gets the lowest degree. According to Pearson correlation analysis, the relation between "exhibition-related satisfaction degree" and "total satisfaction" is significant. Based on regression analysis equation, "total satisfaction degree" of users mainly affected by "satisfaction degree of exhibitive object", then "satisfaction degree of exhibitive space size". Users'' intention of re-visit are highly scored, and satisfaction degree of interpretation are highly scored too. According to investigation of users'' demand, users show highly demand for rest-chair of recreational facilities, and so do in multimedia of interpretative facilities.
