本研究的目的是利用氣體層析法(GC)、高效能液體層析法(HPLC)和毛細管電泳法(CE)來分析苯及汽油的燃煙和石化廠區空氣中多苯環碳氫化合物(PAHs)的組成。對於苯及汽油燃煙的研究方法是經過索氏萃取、淨化和濃縮步驟,再利用氣體層析法、高效能液體層析法和毛細管電泳法進行分析。對於石化廠區是參考TO-13方法來分析環境中多苯環碳氫化合物,即空氣經GPSI採樣後,玻璃纖維濾紙中的懸浮微粒和吸附劑及泡棉中氣態的PAHs,分別經索氏萃取、淨化、濃縮步驟,再利用氣體層析法、高效能液體層析法和毛細管電泳法來分析。本次研究尤其著重於利用毛細管電泳法(CE)中的微胞電動力毛細管層析(MEKC)和毛細管電動層析(CEC)兩種分離模式來探討多苯環碳氫化合物的分離,並比較各種方法的分析結果。

This research was to study the Analysis of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons(PAHs) in the soot and chemical petroleum company areas. The soot was extraction by Soxlet extraction and analyzed with gas chromatography(GC) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)or capillary electrophoresis(CE). The other project is we consult the TO-13 method to analyze the PAHs in the chemical petroleum company areas. We used GPSI air sampling to collected the suspended particulates first by glass fiber filter and adsorbed the gas phase PAHs by adsorbents , then extraction by Soxlet extraction and analyzed with GC and HPLC or CE. The aims of this research was analyzed of PAHs by micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography (MEKC)and capillary electrochromatography (CEC).
