軌道車輛在長時間運轉下,輪軌間之摩擦熱效應勢必加劇,然而目前一般之接觸理論皆未包含熱效應之探討。為更清楚掌握實際運動中之輪軌間作用力之大小分佈及車輪組動態,故加入熱效應影響因素以求得更精確之理論結果。
本文探討熱效應在接觸力學上之影響,建立非線性熱效應接觸理論,比較其與非線性接觸理論及實驗值之差異。以軌道車輛之單一車輪組在直線與轉彎軌道上之動態模型,分別代入非線性熱效應接觸理論與一般軌道車輛動態模擬使用之Kalker線性接觸理論,求得在不同行駛狀態與不同輪組參數下之車輪組動態模擬,並進行比較與討論。

When rail vehicle is running in long time, the frictional heating effect between wheel and rail will be more acute. But general contact theories don’t include the research of thermal effect. To know clearly the distribution and magnitude of the practical force between wheel and rail of moving wheelset, we must consider the element of thermal effect.
In this paper we discuss the influences of thermal effect in contact theory to build a nonlinear thermal contact theory, and compare it with general nonlinear contact theory and experimental value. Under different driving condition and designing parameter, we observe and discuss difference of dynamic response between nonlinear thermal contact theory and Kalker's linear theory in the dynamic model of rail vehicle's single wheelset.
