  影像浮水印是一種將浮水印資訊嵌入數位影像中的技術。通常浮水印資訊包含了數位影像的來源、所有權及狀態。在本論文中,首先提出一個可以用來作影像確認及竄改偵測的易碎性浮水印技術。而論文中所提出的第二個浮水印技術則是可以用來證明著作權的強韌性浮水印技術。
  本論文中所提出的第一個方法是利用類似二元位元平面的概念,將浮水印資訊隱藏於影像中。此方法能偵測出任何的影像改變及指出改變的位置。第二個方法中,行列式被應用在開發一個強韌性的數位浮水印方法,此方法可在影像中隱藏一個視覺無法感知的強韌浮水印。為了使以上所有提出的方法具更高的安全性,亂數技巧也被使用來達到傳統密碼學的效果。
  實驗證明,本論文所提出的兩個方法具有可行性及有效性。

Image watermarking is a technology that embeds watermark information into digital images. In general, the watermark information contains the origin, copyright and status of digital images. In this thesis, a fragile watermarking technology that can be used for image verification and alteration detection is first proposed. The second technology in this thesis is a robust watermarking technique that can be applied for intelligent copyright protection.
In the first approach of this thesis, a concept of binary bitplane is employed to embed watermark information. Any alteration of the image can be detected and localized. In the second approach, the determinant is exploited to develop a robust watermarking method. The method can be used to create transparent robust watermarks in images. In order to achieve higher security on both of the proposed approaches, pseudo random mechanisms are employed to improve undetectable of watermarks.
Experimental results show that the proposed approaches are feasible and effective.
