本研究根據Davenport, De Long & Beers (1998) 對知識內容所提出的定義和Lim, Ahmed & Zairi(1999)知識管理的步驟,建構知識管理矩陣,並且透過大量文獻的整理,發展度量組織實施知識管理程度的工具。此外,配合學者已經發展的領導類型、組織文化的量表,以新竹科學園區的廠商為研究對象進行相關構面衡量,希望了解公司領導者類型及組織文化類型,與組織實施知識管理程度間之關聯性。
實證結果顯示,組織在實施知識管理的做法上,大都能做到每個人都有一台專屬電腦且都能連上網路、會不定期舉辦教育訓練、主管與同儕間皆樂意分享自己的知識和經驗;而在推動知識管理的部門或組織制度,如CKO制度卻是最落的一環,這也說明知識管理的觀念尚在萌芽階段;而以知識管理做為績效衡量的指標的平均值也普遍偏低,可能與目前沒有明確衡量指標有關。
不同的領導類型和組織文化對企業實施知識管理的程度確實有顯著差異。在領導者的領導類型方面:轉型領導在知識管理實施的程度高於交易領導;在組織文化方面:創新團隊文化在知識管理實施的程度高於穩健回饋、和諧倫理文化。此外,不同規模和產業的企業在實施知識管理程度高低上並無顯著差異。
This study constructs the knowledge management matrix by knowledge content and knowledge management process and develop a questionnaire to measure the degree of organization implement knowledge management and explore whether the leadership style or organizational culture affect the degree.
Results suggest each staff has own computer and link to internet easily in their desk, organization holds training irregularly scheduled, colleagues are willing to share their own knowledge and experiences. But the average of score of there is related to department or institute of knowledge management in the organization.
Besides, different leadership style and organizational culture affect indeed the degree of implement knowledge management. The degree of organization implement knowledge management of transformation leadership is higher than transactional leadership. The degree of organization implement knowledge management of innovation culture is higher than stable and concordant culture. Different organization size and industry don’t affect the degree.
