本試驗利用落花生栽培種(Arachis hypogaea L.)台南選9號(TNS 9,2n=4X=40,AABB)及野生種落花生 A. villosa(2n=2X=20,AA)為親本雜交所得雜種F1及其F2後代為材料,觀察種間雜種F1染色體未減數配子形成比例在不同季節之變異,並進一步探討F2植株的染色體數與植株性狀之變異及其相關關係。茲將試驗結果摘述如下:
1、春秋季種間雜種F1的花粉母細胞於四分子期時形成
各分子體的比例並無顯著差異,皆以二分子體形成的
比例為最高(58.46%及59.86 %),單分子體形成的比
例次之(19.29 %及18.33 %);夏季則以二分子體形成
比例最高達72.63 %,但完全未減數的單分子體比例僅
2.54%。
2、 種間雜種F2世代之染色體數有極大的變異,其中78.12
%的染色體數為35~64的異數體,22.58 %為整倍體。
整倍體中有6.45 %為四倍體,12.9 %為五倍體,3.22 %
為六倍體,顯示三倍體F1除了會形成染色體未減數之
花粉外亦會形成染色體未減數卵。
3、種間雜種F2世代的葉長及葉寬大多介於親本及F1之
間。葉厚大多介於親本及F1之間,但少數低於父本。
保衛細胞長、保衛細胞寬、氣孔長、氣孔頻度及每對
保衛細胞中葉綠體數等性狀均超越四倍體母本及三倍
體F1。
4、種間雜種F2世代中開花數較多的植株大多具整倍性的
染色體,其中六倍體及五倍體為匍匐型,四倍體植株則有匍匐性及直立性兩種。整倍性F2植株的花粉粒直徑之變異性大於異數性植株,而且有較多的子房柄。
5、由染色體數與植株性狀之相關分析發現,染色體數與
所有性狀均無顯著性相關;葉長與葉寬、保衛細胞長及氣孔長間互有顯著的正相關;保衛細胞長、保衛細胞寬及氣孔長間亦互有極顯著的正相關。
