本論文探討非線性預測控制器之設計。主要原理為利用連續線性化模式近似非線性系統,然後根據該模式來設計輸出回饋線性控制定律。連續線性化所需之時變操作點可利用移動平均的觀點經由線上估測取得;所用之線性預測控制律有兩種:倒退範圍控制與含狀態估測之動態矩陣控制,前者適用於開環穩定系統,而後者適用於開環不穩定系統。最後我們將所提之非線性預測控制器設計方法應用在非線性連續攪拌槽反應器系統,並與非線性二次動態矩陣控制法及多重線性模式預測控制法作比較。

In this thesis, we propose a design method of nonlinear predictive controllers. The idea is to approximate a nonlinear system by successive linearization models and design an output-feedback linear control law according to the models. The knowledge of time-varying operating points, required in the derivation of the successive linearization models, is obtained by on-line estimation followed by a moving average process. Two linear predictive control laws are recommended: Receding Horizon Control and Dynamic Matrix Control with State Estimation. The first is suitable for open-loop stable systems, while the latter is suitable for open-loop unstable systems. The proposed method is applied to nonlinear continuous-stirred tank reactor systems and compared favorably with the available methods of Nonlinear Quadratic Dynamic Matrix Control and Multiple Linear Model Predictive Control.
