處在變動快速,全球競爭的電子商務環境中,企業正在尋找一個能有效提升生產效率的方法,而虛擬企業(Virtual Enterprise)就是為了這個目的而誕生的新商業模式。本論文旨在找出一個高效能且有效率的虛擬企業運作模式。
首先,我們設計一個完整的企業模型(Enterprise Model),用來描述企業的組成和流程的運作,同時作為企業合作的共通語言。以此模型為基礎,我們發展出一套虛擬企業的架構,靠著各種代理軟體(Agent)的合作,讓虛擬企業能有效的運作。最後,我們利用Java和XML將這個架構實際開發成一套系統,並利用劇本模擬驗證我們的想法和架構是具體可行且有效的虛擬企業實現方案。

In competitive B2B E-Commerce environment, enterprises seek a new way to decrease cycle time and make operation more productive. Virtual enterprises address these needs. In this thesis, we try to find an effective and efficient way to facilitate virtual enterprise operation.
First, we design an enterprise model that supports detailed enterprise description and cross-enterprise processes. Based on the enterprise model, we then establish an agent-based virtual enterprise framework. At last, we use XML and Java to implement a software system to examine our virtual enterprise framework. By scenario simulation, we demonstrate that our framework turns out to be a suitable solution for enterprises to develop virtual enterprise applications.
