摘 要
關鍵字:價值鏈、供應鏈、預鑄混凝土外掛牆
長久以來,營建業在管理方面一直處於被動的狀態下,致使營建業各流程中充滿了浪費與無附加價值的作業。雖然營建業在型態上較製造業複雜,但藉由價值鏈與供應鏈導入營建業中,能有效的消除不必要的流程所產生的浪費。
因此,本研究以預鑄混凝土外掛牆工程為對象,首先,將預鑄廠及營造廠間的流程建立出來,分析其差異化成本,其次,建立各個差化成本之簡單數學模式,以評估在採取經濟生產與吊裝量、及時遞送策略下,其整體供應鏈之效益。同時輔以一個案為例,進行供應鏈管理之導入,將上游及下游之價值鏈結合,並將不必要之流程或作業消除、降低,並找出適合的吊裝數量及製造數量,以使總成本達最適化。
ABSTRACT

For many years, because of the managers’ passive attitude towards the constructing process, there are always redundant and non-added-value works existed in technological process in the construction industry. Although the characters of the construction industry are more complicated than the ones in the manufacturing industry, however, decrease the unnecessary works and improve technological process can be achieved by apply Value Chain and Supply Chain management.
This study focus on precast concrete curtain wall mainly. The technological processes of precasting plant and contractor have been built first, and then differential costs have also been analyzed. Through the process of building model, the improved supply chain between the precasting plant and contractor will also achieve effectiveness. After verifying the model, it has been applied to a precast concrete curtain wall fabricating project. The author proves that the inducement of supply chain and valve chain management helps to decrease unnecessary technological processes between the upper stream and downstream factories. Furthermore, the optimal quantity of the assembly and manufacturing can also be calculated to make the total cost optimum.
