隨著資訊科技與網路技術的成熟,加上網路即時性、互動性、低成本及無遠弗屆的特性,使得網際網路的應用逐漸擴展到商業領域的應用環境上,加速企業面臨全球市場的競爭壓力,因而供應鏈管理(Supply Chain Management; SCM)的重要性與日俱增。其次,供應鏈管理主要目標在於快速的滿足市場需求,並使整體營運成本降至最低,然而,要達到上述目摽,唯有仰賴企業本身妥善的規劃與排程(Planning and Scheduling),才能與供應商作緊密結合適時反映市場需求。
但傳統以MRP為主的規劃方式,主要適用於需求穩定的市場環境下,一旦面臨到現今產品生命週期短與需求不穩定之電子產業特性狀況下,將造成生產前置時間變動頻繁且不易掌握。因此,管理的重點將著重於產能的有效使用與交期的達成。此時舊有規劃方式將產生無法掌握實際產能狀況、確實的物料取得前置時間及最佳化的供需平衡等問題,導致其無法應付目前複雜的生產環境與規劃問題。有鑑於此,本研究運用「先進規劃排程」之概念,提出一套適合在供應鏈體系下的物料與產能同步規劃之參考模式,本研究主要引入「先細部排程-後規劃物料需求」的觀念,透過模式的運算與分析,將可同時解決企業在進行生產時所面臨的需求規劃、物料與產能規劃等問題,達到物料與產能同步規劃之機制。
Rapid development and evolution in information technology result in the pressure of global market. Therefore, Supply Chain Management (SCM) is progressively important. However, the SCM can satisfy a customer’s requirements quickly and reduces operation costs. Only when we can properly plan and schedule the inbound production and outbound logistics of an enterprise.
Traditional material planning approach is used in the environment with stable demand. But the characteristics of electronics industry are short production cycletime and fluctuating demand. Traditional material planning approach cannot fulfill the requirements of effective production planning. The approach developed in this research intends to bring up a reference model based on the concepts of advanced planning and scheduling (APS) that meets the demands of electronic industry, which called synchronous planning with material and capacity constraints. By employed this approach, the material and capacity can be synchronously arranged to solve the problem of production planning inside an enterprise.
