本研究旨在探討供應鏈下如何動態性地有效管理供應鏈先進生產規劃的問題。文中先探討供應鏈控制功能與生產活動間的動態關係,以及相關在資料檔案方面的架構,以作為建構SCM中APS模式之參考。在描述供應鏈管理系統動態方面,本文採用斐式網路作為描述的工具。
本研究利用斐氏網路來建構供應鏈管理模式,希望能包含供應鏈運作之流程面與功能面的要求。除此之外,擬以限制理論的概念來建構供應鏈管理中先進生產規劃與排程(APS)之供應鏈管理動態模式;藉由回應與監控等機制,使管理運作功能呈現即時與順暢,達到供應鏈系統之協調運作的目的。
The purpose of this study is to analyze how we dynamically and efficiently manage the Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) with supply chain management. Firstly, we discuss the dynamic relationship between controlling function of supply chain and productivity, and other related information so as to establish APS model in SCM. Moreover, Petri-Net is used as the tool to describe the dynamic relationship of supply chain management.
Based on Petri-Net, this study establishes the model of supply chain management in order to meet the requirements of operation process and function in supply chain.
In addition, APS in supply chain management is established according to the concept of Theory of Constraint (TOC). With the TOC, such as response and controlling, the function of management operation will be immediate and smooth and further attain the goal of harmonious operation in supply chain system.
