In order to upgrade the quality of highrise building design, construction technology and maintenance, as well as to improve the approval administration operation, the reviewing principles and standards of highrise building structural design should be integrated, discussed and unified, and it should going on every year, so that the aseismatic capacity and structural safety can be elevated and confirmed. The good quality of building construction depends heavily on the fully cooperation and involvement of building officials, clients, architects, inspectors, and builders. To achieve that, a feasible framework of construction supervision and quality control is necessary to impose the responsibility of related professions, provide the contents of the plan for the managements of construction quality, and reinforce the capability of quality control in architectural profession. In this thesis, to discuss integrate and propose the principle and standards for the integrate and propose the principle and standards for the reviewing on structural design of highrise building, have been investigated and carried out. The main aspects of this thesis are as follows: To collect and analyze the related structural design specifications and codes; to collect, and analyze the reviewing opinions on approval items; to discuss integrate, and prose the reviewing principles and standards. This thesis is composed of the foundation of the framework for construction supervision and quality control, confirmative division of the authority and responsibility, and documentation construction to a higher level on the whole lead us to accomplish the goal of the design and reduce the construction risks in regard to public safety.
