隨著網際網路的普遍流行與網路頻寬技術不斷的提升，目前已有不少網頁編製軟體可以協助網站管理者快速地產生健構網站所需的資源，然綜觀在如此多的網站網頁格式中，其編製格式多是抄襲或引用他人的圖幟標籤等等，能有專屬於個人或企業風格者實在寥寥可數；因此本篇論文即在嘗試建構出能在全球資訊網上提供線上圖形工具軟體之網站，以流暢、無負擔、好用的網頁設計，並透過幽默、高品質、風格特殊的視覺化使用介面，而成為一可讓使用者產出專屬於個人風格的圖形影像或3D動畫的應用網站。目前實際應用在全球資訊網上提供3D特效的機制並不多見，大都還是以CGI程式作為WWW Server與影像圖形資料庫間的控制介面；而應用在Web上的Animation機制則可分成三派：Java 2D的圖形控制介面、Java/JavaScript與Gif Animation結合的控制介面及Microsoft Agent的圖形控制介面。本篇論文將比較三種Web Animation在Web Service上的實用性，另外也將探討Web System在系統操作性、穩定性、擴充性及移植性所應注意的事項，俾能達到最少的反應時間。

With the popularity of the Web applications and the expansion of the network bandwidth, many homepage authoring tools are developed recently to help the web master to automatically generate homepages. For a homepage, icons are the most important contents to reveal personal style and to attract the users. However, most of such tools duplicate or quote icons from other sites to generate a new homepage. This thesis presents a work that enables the designer to develop his stylish icon on the Web. The presented system proposes the architecture of on-line graphical design interface on the browser and an off-line batched rendering method. With the help of this system, the designer can easily design an image icon of his own style or developing a 3D animation web site.At this moment, only a few tool enable the developer to design a 3D animation effect homepage. Most of the web sites use CGI to link the Web server and image database servers when providing such 3D animation. Currently, there are three popular methods to enable animation on the homepage include Java 2D interface control, Java/Java script combine with Gif animation, and Microsoft Agent technique. This thesis will compare the differences among these three animation methods when applying to the web service. Further, this thesis will also study the operability, stability, expansibility, and portability of these three methods.
