隨著資訊與通訊科技的發展,許多中小企業紛紛走向電子化,而醫院的作業方式、資料處理以及病歷彙整也都朝向電子化發展。醫師往往需要病患之生理監測資料的協助,以便對住院與急診之病患,快速診斷出疾病,並且在住院期間持續監控病情。目前大多數醫療院所中的加護病房,大都倚賴生理監視系統來持續獲得並監視病患之狀況,然而這些儀器眾多繁雜,而且大多彼此不能相互溝通,造成病患之生理監視參數無法有效的彙整,形成資料處理上的漏洞。有鑑於此本研究乃著重於透過現行標準的網路通訊技術,將生理監視系統之病患生理參數資料作一彙整,提供完整而且自動化的操作方式,以協助生理監視系統逐步邁向完整之電子化病歷系統。
本論文主要開發生理監視器之電訊傳輸系統(Telecommunication system),提供監視並記錄病患之生理變化,透過網際網路的方式,提供醫護人員隨時隨地使用WEB介面瀏覽病患狀況,協助醫護人員臨床參考之依據,並幫助醫療院所走向電子化的目標。未來目標將朝向協助重症病患在家中之醫療看護以及發展WAP(Wireless Application Protocol)介面並且透過個人數位助理(Personal Digital Assistant)等行動通訊方式,提供醫護人員更便利的使用方式。
With the development of information and communicative technology, many companies are moving toward the electronic development, and the way those hospitals operate on, the data processing and the arrangement of patient record are moving toward the development of electronic form as well. Doctors always need the assistance of patient monitoring information, in order to diagnose the disease for patients in hospitals and emergency treatment, and continue controlling their physical condition constantly when they staying in hospitals. So far, most intensive care unites of hospitals still depend on the patient monitoring system to keep on getting and checking on patients’ healthy condition generally. However, these instruments is numerous and messy, and most of them fail to communicate to each other, which impedes the effective arrangement of patients’ physiological argument and becomes the shortcoming of data processing. With such an observation, this research paper emphasizes on the arrangement of patients’ physiological argument data in the patient monitoring system and providing with a more complete and automatic operation, by means of present standard of net communicative technology, to give assistance to the patient monitoring system, step by step, to the accomplishment of the completeness of electronic patient record system.
This thesis basically focuses on the development of the telecommunication system in patient monitor, which watches and records the changing of patients’ physical condition, provides the physician using web browser interface to check on patients’ healthy condition all the time, gives the assistance to these personals the clinical references, and attributes the hospitals to the goal of electronic development. The further goal will move toward the seriously diseased at homecare and development of WAP interface, and, by means of Personal Digital Assistant and other active and communicative way, provides personals with more convenient methods.
