網際網路正如火如荼的發展中,相關的訊息都指出網際網路的蓬勃發展,以及企業電子化(E-Business)將是未來組織必將面臨的挑戰。其中企業資源規劃(ERP)、供應鏈管理(SCM)、電子商務(EC) 與顧客關係管理(CRM)系統,關聯著企業資訊匯流、整合與交流的中樞性系統架構,同時資訊科技的進步亦可直接協助企業更有效的整合經營資源、提升經營能力,間接也改變了企業的競爭層級與型態。
非資訊或網路產業的廠商,囿於傳統性的商品服務受到製造技術精進,產品科技普遍化的競爭壓力,除了在既有的產品與製程科技上繼續追求突破創新,以持續保有市場地位外,也力求整合企業內部經營活動與經驗知識,創造不易替代模仿的核心能力與經營價值。除此之外,也進而結合產業上、下游廠商與輔助性機構等聯盟合作資源,建構產業一貫化的競爭體系。企業導入網路科技的方式、範圍、程度會因本身的主客觀條件不同,而有不同的模式,本研究選擇不同背景或網路化程度的傳統型企業,以整合為出發點,從「產業網路整合」以及「內部價值整合」為研究構面,探討企業導入網路科技對其經營價值的影響。經相關資料彙整分析,本研究的結果發現:
在內部價值整合方面:1、網路科技的價值表現在作業層次整合及溝通效率上;2、企業內部價值整合程度會影響網路科技的效益。
在產業網路整合方面:1、企業與其它個體的互動關係可分為:「成本關係」、「合約關係」、「夥伴關係」以及「聯盟關係」等四種類型;2、網路科技使用越多,互動關係會越緊密,分工程度會越專精;3、企業雙方導入網路科技的決定因素之一為雙方的依賴程度4、導人網路科技的效益為:加深入雙方的依賴程度、促進互動關係的改變、促進企業專精於核心能力以及增加產業網路的整合程度。
整體而言網路科技對於企業經營的效益為:企業反應能力提升、提高作業最適化程度以及企業營運成本下降等等。
Web technology develops dramatically nowadays. Related message indicates this development and E-Business will be the future challenge of organizations. Enterprise resource planning(ERP), Supply chain management(SCM), E-Commerce(EC) and Customer relation management(CRM)systems have direct alliance with the central system structure of enterprise’ integration and interaction. Moreover, the progress of information technology directly helps more effectively integrates business resources and increases operating ability, and indirectly changes the competitive level and style.
Because of the rapid improvement of manufacturing technology, non-information firms which provide traditional service and products not only keep on innovating but also integrate internal operating experience to create non-substitution core ability and value. Moreover, they further construct a complete competitive system by combining up and down stream partners. The way, range and the degree of introducing web technology will differ according to the internal condition of companies. Traditional enterprises with different background are chosen as the sample of the study. Starting with integration and two aspects: ”industrial web integration” and “internal value integration”, the study tries to figure out the influence of Web technology Introduction to Enterprises’ operation value.
After information gathering, the major finding are as follows:
1. About internal value integration:
(1) The value of web technology shows on operational level integration and communication efficiency.
(2) The degree of internal value integration will influence the benefit of web technology.
2. About industrial web integration:
(1) The interactive relationship between companies and other business units could classify into four types: ”Cost relationship” , ”contract relationship” , “partnership” and “alliance relationship”.
(2) The more usage of web technology, the more close of interactive relationship and more special of the degree of decentralizing.
(3) The dependence degree of each other is one major factor of decision to introduce web technology.
(4) The benefits of introducing web technology are: increase the degree of dependency of each other, initiate the change of interactive relationship, increase the degree of industrial web technology integration and helps companies to focus on their core ability.
To sum up, the benefits of web technology to business operation are the increase of companies reaction ability and operation cost down, etc.
