本文就LabVIEW開發軟體,撰寫程式擷取數據,以便觀察描述Misfire在曲軸轉角時間中的變化,並用Excel的方式將資料整理和統計分析,探討噴射引擎在非干擾下動力失衡的特性。
在硬體週邊的設計上,採業界常用的譯碼器來作角度位置的擷取,以利本文實驗流程的順利進行,並為提高擷取數據的精度,使用取樣率高達5 MS / s之訊號擷取卡,以求得更臻完整。
以擷取各缸動力行程時間的長短,比較動力失衡狀態,再以平均值做誤差百分比,精確分析産生Misfire 於曲軸上的轉角位置。
提供一組完整的數據資料,將損失的動能,轉化為可用的制動能量,只要能精確將非干擾性動力失衡資料加以擷取分析,且有效的管理控制,達到減少動力損耗。

This dissertation consists of the changing of the time to the crank angle by using the software of LabVIEW. Moreover, the datum are analyzed by Excel in order to find out the characters of the power balance system of the injection engine.
As far as the design of the hardware system is concerned, the Encoder is used to know the angle position. The Encoder helps not only experiment process but also the accuracy of the data.
In order to have the accurate misfire turning point on the crank, the length of working time in each cylinder is compared. Finally, the average is used as the error ratio.
According to this completed data, the car engineers can design the active engine brake system. The braking distance can be shortening. People can avoid and keep away from the danger.
