隨著科技進步,競爭環境日趨複雜與多元,組織學習是企業能否提升競爭力之重要因素。企業需藉由組織之學習來克服、跨越環境變遷與資源限制,使其不斷創新成長、順應變遷與強化營運績效。面對外部不斷變動、新產品日新月異、競爭者持續加入與產品生命週期縮短;企業之產品服務不斷地推陳出新,儼然已成維持存活之不二法門。除此之外,國內中小企業經常苦於龐大之新產品開發費用,產出成果卻不盡滿意,對於如此沈重之企業成本,業主勢必對其競爭力衰減而憂心。
鑑於企業在新產品開發活動之困難,本研究欲以組織學習與的角度切入,探索剖析新產品團隊之學習對新產品開發績效之影響與貢獻,以供企業參酌。而本研究之核心乃在於新產品團隊學習模式與新產品開發類型之關係對新產品開發績效的影響;並探討有利的品團隊開發活動之學習情境對新產品團隊學習表現與新產品開發績效的助益。
在實證分析上,本研究擬以具備有新產品專案團隊之國內廠商為對象,並且以新產品開發費用占營業額較高之高科技產業廠商為研究主體,問卷填答者為新產品專案團隊之負責人,實際共回收93份有效樣本;爾後,再以SPSS 8.0對有效回收之廠商資訊進行分析。
結果發現,新產品類型之不同對於新產品團隊學習模式之運用會有取捨之差異;且適切之新產品類型與新產品團隊學習的組合,在新產品開發績效上亦有顯著差異;新產品團隊之學習情境對於團隊的學習表現與新產品之開發績效,皆有明顯之增強效果。

Organizational learning is the essential element of promoting the enterprise competition capability. Moreover, the enterprise should know how to transcend the limitation and transition of environment to make they have the capability of innovation, adaptability, and promoting the operation performance. Establishing a mechanism of organizational learning and shortening the life cycle of product are the main goals for the enterprise.
The major objective of this research is about the affect of new product team learning in new product development performance. Besides the new product types will take into consideration, and exams how new product team learning models helps the team in new product development activities.
On the experiment, this research will take the enterprises who devote in new product development and put higher budgets in R&D development as verification samples to discuss the influence of the new product team learning and learning contingency on the new product development performance. Moreover, we use SPSS 8.0 statistical software to analyze our samples.
We discover the different development of new product innovation would affect new product team learning. We find out if the incremental new product fit with-in team learning and cross team learning can get better performance. The discontinuous new product fit with-in team learning and market learning also can help new product team get higher performance. Moreover, we also find out knowledge share, organizational interaction, and transparency can make new product team have better learning effect and higher new product development performance.
