本論文提出一個低複雜度的多元化組合﹙diversity combining﹚方法來提高慢速跳頻展頻多工﹙Slow Frequency-Hopped Spread-Spectrum Multiple Access, SFH/SSMA﹚通訊系統中封包傳送成功的機率。在系統中考慮多個傳送端同時經由Rayleigh衰減通道傳送跳頻展頻MFSK調變訊號,接收端使用非同步MFSK解調變器與門檻值測試的方式解調變,再由解調變後的輸出計算相對應的摺積碼解碼路徑的可信度值。最後將新舊封包中相對應的可信度值相加,以Viterbi摺積碼解碼演算法則進行解碼。由模擬的方式,探討這個低複雜度的多元化組合方法是否比現有使用RS碼解碼方式的多元化組合方法,還能大幅提升系統效能。


In this paper, a slow frequency-hopping spread spectrum multiple access (SFH/SSMA) system over a Rayleigh fading channel is considered. We propose a low complexity diversity combining scheme using convolutional code. The proposed scheme uses the information in the currently received packet and the previously combined packet to increase the probability of correct decoding. Several existing diversity combining schemes using Reed-Solomon(RS) code with errors-and-erasures decoding are also discussed. Finally, the simulation results show that the proposed scheme in SFH/SSMA system provide a better performance than existing diversity combining schemes.
