Abstract Recently, the need for appraisal of real estate is more and more important for people. When we invest the money in the real estate or use real estate to borrow money, we must depend on the technique for appraisal of real estate. But the quotation is a kind of valuation; there will be still some tiny error margin with the price of reality. So, if quote with only one analyst, one-sided circumstance may take placed. the real estate has some characteristics: opposite scarcity、the heterogeneity of the space and individual difference etc. Besides, the information of the real estate is also incompletely, therefore we can hardly get true price with traditional idea. The main purposes of this research are to compare and evaluate all kinds of the real estate development methods and factors by using systematic analysis on Analytic Hierarchy Process (A.H.P.) and Multicriteria Evaluation With Qualitative and Quantitative Data, and to focus on the establishment of a feasible land development evaluation mode. By the end of this research, we are expecting to achieve a wider range analysis mode on Urban Revival, which is focused on and development priorities. The conclusions of this research are: Ⅰ.
