摘 要
台灣已進入高齡化社會，老年休閒也漸受到重視，亦相形重要。但為了滿足老人之特殊生理心理狀況，對老人休閒環境做一評估是一個新的課題。本研究針對「潤福生活新象」社區平均年齡為75歲之老人探討評估休閒環境之「區位環境」、「休閒環境設施」、「休閒活動設計」、「人員服務品質」四項構面之關係。並透過面談及自填式問卷方式，抽樣時間為民國90年1月18日至90年1月25日，以及民國90年8月10日至90年8月20日。「潤福生活新象」位於台北縣淡水鎮，為標榜設備齊全之高級老人住宅，其居住戶數總計300戶，發出問卷150份，回收108份，剔除無效問卷，計有效問卷為102份，回收率為68﹪。
個人特質方面，居住狀況以「與配偶同住者」較之「獨居者」、以及教育程度「研究所以上」相較於其他教育程度者，在「區位環境」與「休閒環境設施」之構面的呈現上有顯著性差異，與配偶同住者對「區位環境」與「休閒環境設施」之滿意度較高，教育程度在研究所以上者則滿意度較低。以上結果可作為將來公私部門設立規劃老人社區、休閒設施時之設計與經營策略之參考。

Abstract

Only elder people live at the Ruen-Fu elder apartment where is located at Tan-Shui, Taipei County. The purposes of the study were to study the residents’ satisfaction of the Ruen-Fu elder apartment’s location, the relationships between the elder people’s leisure activity programming,outdoor environments or indoor recreational facilities,and the service quality from the employees of the Ruen-Fu elder apartment. The interviews were administered to the subjects from January 18 to January 25,2001 and from August 10 to August 20，2001 by using a structured questionaires.102 out of 150 questionnaires were collected from the residents. The effective rate of those questionnaires was 68%. After data analysis, the results are the followings:
1.The average age of the residents is 75 years old.
2.There were significant differences of the residents’ satisfaction of the Ruen-Fu elder apartment’s location.
3.There were significant differences of the relationships between the elder people’s leisure activities and outdoor or indoor recreational environments.
4.The single elder people have significantly lower satisfaction for the Ruen-Fu elder apartment’s location, and outdoor recreational environments than the couple residents.
5.The higher educational elder people have significantly lower satisfaction for the surrounding location, outdoor recreational environments than the couple
residents.
