摘 要
隨著兩岸經貿往來日漸頻繁，台商在大陸的投資金額及行業也隨之增加，早年台商投資行業大部分偏重製造及生產事業，在休閒旅遊部分相對較少；然大陸自改革開放以來，開放外商投資，外商為取得低廉之人力成本及物料成本，紛紛在大陸設立生產基地或代工中心，因此造就了廣大的就業機會，經濟發展獲得相當程度的改善之下，人民的收入也大大的增加，從逐年增加的休閒生活支出中可以看出，對於休閒生活卻也開始重視起來。
本研究報告針對台商投資行業，從為什麼要投資休閒旅館，選址在廣東地區之肇慶市、選擇加盟國外連鎖旅館管理公司為日後經營的策略、肇慶市之各項旅遊介紹、旅館投資開發時所面臨的問題、當地旅遊之發展潛力、規劃內容及實質計畫，分別做成章節並加以詳細說明，希望對日後台商在大陸投資興建休閒旅館時，能有參考價值及助益。

Abstract

To date, although the recreational industry emerged from the blooming business illustrates the necessary of well-being investment in basic industries, but less financial investment engaged in the field of resort as compared to the majority manufacturing industries invested by Taiwan businessmen in China. In addition, the previous diversity industries concentrate attention on merging the cheaper human power and material cost as objective aspects for establishing the manufacture base or manufacturing partner center. Nevertheless, the more employment opportunities the better income as for the people being in the developing economic system, which have gradually taken the leisure spending into account by the leisure consumer in China.

According to the study subject of Zhaoqing City at Gunangong region, this paper catalogues the following objects into different sections as for the illustration purpose.
I. The reason for studying this subject playing an important role of featuring this resort investment
II. The operation strategy to alliance with overseas based chain hotel
corporation
III. Tourist introduction of Zhaoqing City
IV. The problems as confronting with the resort developing investment
V. Potential ability of local tourism
VI. Planning contents for substantial plan
At last, hopeful through providing the correlative reference and benefits the Taiwan businessmen for the future resort investment in China.
