目前五軸工具機在現代自動製造系統中扮演很重要的角色。隨著要有更好的加工精度和更高的生產力的需求,
因此在多軸CNC工具機的控制系統必須不斷的改善更新。本文主旨在探討五軸工具機之機構對輪廓誤差、刀具向
量誤差的影響,我們以 及 來描述五軸工具機之軌跡運
動誤差,我們以二個不同機構的五軸工具機為例來探討
不同機構對運動誤差所造成的影響。


Five-axis machining tools play an important role in modern automatic manufacturing systems. With the increasing demand for better machining precision and higher productivity, methods to improve the performance of the servo control system for multi-axis CNC machine tools are continuously being sought .In this paper, the main concerns for the mechanisms of Five-axis machining tools are discussed with effects of contour error( ) and orientation error( ).The influences of mechanisms of the two rotation axes on the motion errors will be investigated.
