本研究針對懸吊式橋樑之受風效應與相應之結構反應進行動力解析與探討。研究中以簡單之梯形作為橋體斷面之基本外形,在高雷諾數的情況下,藉來流風速、梯形斷面兩側傾角、來流風攻角等之改變,探討相應紊流流場之變化以及其對橋面動態反應之影響。
研究之目標係以動力數值模式之建立為主,輔以風洞節段模型試驗量測,作為模擬結果驗證之依據。為探討互制效應之影響,數值方法中將描述非恆定紊流流場與結構動力行為的兩組控制方程式以交替的方式進行解析。此外,流場之模擬採用空間平均的大渦流模擬方法,以正確地反應出流場中既有之非恆定與紊流特性。
研究中發現,考慮互制效應之數值模式對於預測流體流經二維梯形截面鈍體之運動反應結果頗為良好。對均勻來流通過梯形截面鈍體而言,來流風攻角為負時,截面上方渦流區會隨著負攻角增加而變大,而截面後方尾流之渦流區將與截面上方之渦流區合併。另一方面,當來流風攻角為正時,截面下方渦流區會隨著正攻角增加而變大。當風攻角為零度時,橋板會有最大之橫向運動反應。此外,當攻角為負值時,橋板會具有較正角度為大之變位。
