本研究之目的在發展一套乳羊場管理系統,以協助羊農之日常管理工作,並且做為評估羊隻性能表現之依據。本系統係以Microsoft Visual Foxpro 6.0 程式語言撰寫而成,建立於中文Windows作業系統上。主要包括羊隻基本記錄、加工廠集乳檢驗記錄、牧場記帳、冷凍精液記錄等四個模組。羊隻基本記錄系統包括每一頭羊隻之耳號、項圈、登錄統一編號、品種、出生日期、性別、出生體重、來源、父畜、母畜、異動日期、異動原因、發情配種(可以群配方式記錄)、繁殖、乳量、乳品質分析、健康(疾病治療)、羊隻照片、體重(肥瘦度)等記錄。加工廠集乳檢驗記錄系統係利用加工廠集乳時檢驗總乳之報告數據來做為整場經營管理缺失的改進依據,其中包括乳成分分析、生乳體細胞數、比重、美藍試驗、酸度、單價、運送乳量等,並提供各分析之趨勢圖與應注意之事項。牧場記帳系統包括每日收支記錄,可按日期期間、項目、依月或年查詢方式計算盈虧與繪製統計圖。冷凍精液記錄系統可記錄相關之配種資料,提供系譜追查之有用資訊。本系統可提供經營者每日工作通報與各種統計分析報表,使其隨時掌握整場羊隻之現況,並可提供相關資訊做為決策輔助工具。本系統之特點為沒有繁雜的中文輸入問題,易學易用,操作簡單,非常適合一般酪農之操作。
The purpose of this study was to develop a management system for dairy goat farm to assist farm managers to handle the daily works, and to act as a reference to evaluate the dairy goat performance. This system was written in Microsoft Visual Foxpro 6.0 programming language based on the Chinese Windows operation system and included four modules in terms of goat basic records, detection records from processing unit, accounting, and frozen semen records. The system of goat basic records contained ear number, necklace, registered number, breed, birth date, sex, birth weight, source, sire, dam, removal date, removal reasons, estrus and mating, farrowing, milk production, milk composition, health, frozen semen, goat’s photo, and weight (body condition score). The system of detection records used reports deteced from milk collection center to act as a suggestion to improve the operation of the farm and included milk composition, SCC, specific gravity, Methyl Blue test, acidity, unit price, and quantity. The system of accounting provided a function to record daily incomes and expenses and provided some financial statements of operation according to date, item, month or year. The system of frozen semen record provided some parental information, so as to be valuable information to do the work of pedigree tracing. This management system offered farm managers daily working reports and variable statistic reports to assist them to handle the whole goat’s current situation and to make their decisions. This system did not need complicated Chinese inputs and is quite easy to operate for the dairy farmers.
